“Auto mode is for kids and manual is for photographers”
Well, One must take out time to learn & for those owning camera, this is definitly a must do thing. I’ve started capturing through Manual modes and I’m pretty much amongst those beginners & learners.
Charity and photography begins at home (it’s kitchen in my case)!! 🙂

Superb infoarmtion here, ol’e chap; keep burning the midnight oil.
I have a Sony A230L and I love it..It was much cheaper than other brnads and It is easy to use..I researched it on CNET.com and it got just as good a review as the Canon from the experts and the public..Below is a link to some of my pictures .keep in mind I am an amateur and most pics were taken on Auto setting, except for a few close ups .Those were shot using Macro setting with the original lens supplied with the camera.
Awesome

Wowwwwwww………………amazing pics…. 🙂
Arre bhai looks like you got infected with PAV (Photo Addiction Virus). Be careful, wives are highly allergic to your new hobby(if the subject of your photo is other than herself) .
Good set of pictures here. Keep it up. Now you know why you paid such a high price for your Sony. BTW, how many attempts you had for this level of perfection???
Hi Ashish,
Well, I think buying DSC HX1 is definitely a good decision.
Well, I took 20-30 pics from various angles and posted a few very selected ones. Will improve for sure! 🙂
Actually those captures are from my wash-basin while wifey was cooking; trying to involve her 😉
You can see my Coffee mug in the Droplet 🙂
